Monthly memberships are ideal for patients managing chronic illnesses or complex conditions. They are flexible and allow you to schedule up to a certain number of appointments and access exclusive benefits such as priority same or next-day scheduling and flare up advice calls. Patients also have the option to add Same-Day Texting services. In addition, patients with Medium and High Needs memberships will be discounted 15% on any additional appointments scheduled that month. This gives you the peace of mind knowing that when you have flare ups, your nursing care will adequately respond.
